Well i have a network named 4Creation but the problem is that we need a "active staffteam". Thats why im searching on this way for recruiting support members for our staffteam.

You have no rep and this seems a little bit unprofessional. The "i"s aren't even capitalized. After taking a look at some of your posts on the website, I've noticed the same thing. I'd suggest fixing things up a bit if you're really looking for professional staff...
