Hello there! I'm creating a brand new MMO game-mode called MC Assassins, whereby the focus of the server is PVP, parkour, and economy.
In 2013, I was the primary administrator of a server called Butter Parkour, which had a steady-state player count of around 75 players and generated 5k USD in the first 6 months of operation. The purview of my experience with that server, and my own personal servers, is far-reaching and includes everything from BungeeCord server-network creation to plugin development in Java 8. Since it has been a long time since I've created a Minecraft server and worked with monetization, I'm looking for in-tune helpers and administrators who are connected in the community to help guide my actions as the server owner, help shape the game-mode so that it will generate revenue and be enjoyable for all players, and connect the server to advertisers.

Yes, royalties will be determined for staff members who contribute to the server (e.g., each server admin receives 10% of the profit). And, I have a flexible budget.
