If you read the thread it says "up to 50%" meaning in cases of big scams the percentage would be significantly smaller. Stop focusing on the negatives.

I am sorry but that was never stated plus it wont make sense a user who got scammed for $20 gets $10 but then a user who gets scammed for $80 gets $20? The percentages make the system unfair and just plain annoying if implemented to the people who get scammed.
I like your generosity but it is hard to trust who is lying and who is truthful these days especially on the internet.

Anyway avsterbone, I think this is a really great idea, BUT it has many flaws. I will state some of which I believe are the biggest.
1. How can we trust you with the money we give you?
2. Why do YOU decide who should get help and who doesnt? Why dont I choose who my money goes too?
3. Again, you didnt explain how you will do this, and from what I got, its mostly going to be done privately, and that doesnt make me want to donate, because I have no idea if anyone, or even who is going to be receiving money?

I was just joking with my previous message, I think it's a good idea since you get to pick personally who deserves it and who doesn't.
Why just $15? I'm sure I'd be pissed even if I was scammed for $1. Money is money. It is not simple to earn. IMO.
I got scammed $500 before I still hate myself till this day, thats why I started my free service to help people get their money back.
He's only going to supply help with a legit person, so that would mean both people need to have an "okay" rep
