Not necessarily, he is simply stating that he got scammed that much and he likes the idea. So for the future he knows that there may be hope! His statement was a comment not a plead, he is once again just stating he got scammed that much. I also stated earlier that I have been scammed for $500 but I am in no need of relief I was just stating it.

Here you can say "May I join" He was asking for money. We have all been scammed before and we all get over it, He knew that if he asked he would get banned (Its quite clear) yet he asked anyways.

No there was a bit of a argument about a week ago and I stated that I got scammed for $500. I don't remember what the argument was specifically about but ill look for it for you

And if you got scammed again he would of saw the scam report and IF he wanted too he would of gave you funds.

You have a point but in my honest opinion if I get scammed I don't need help, like said before $500 is a lot but I kinda dealt with it. It was my fault and I don't want help getting it back, it's a experience to get scammed and it helps you better rely on yourself. If you always think you have coverage you can literally go and blindly buy it. Imagine this, you are in a maze blindfolded and you have a guide helping each and every step for you. Once you go through the maze about 10 times you start to rely on your guide more than your memory. Now lets say your guide leaves you, now how are you going to get out of the maze blindfolded. The guide is the scam relief and the guide "leaving" section means your story with experience not being spoon fed. Its like spoon feeding and it will lead to more people getting scammed due to hope of getting their money back.
I do agree with this. Your example doesn't exactly represent this situation but it will do.
Ill better make it, what I mean is lets say you get scammed for $20. Then we give you $10 for relief, now you may have higher hopes and continue buying because now you play a lower risk. Right there you have a chance to get 50% back!
