Minecraft clients that allow external mods

Hey, I was wondering, Does anyone know any pvp clients that allow external mods?
If not, Any good open source pvp clients? So far everything i heard of is strict to just the mods that they provide

Lunar Client, CheatBreaker, Badlion Client, Zonix Client? I'm not sure if they're all free. But since you're going for a pvp based client, these are the best one's out there i'm sure.

Don’t think he wants hacked clients? Just ones like bad lion..

You're not allowed to add any additional mods to Badlion then those which are in the client itself. Not sure about the others.

i can send u 5zig. they shut down but i still have the jar file and it uses forge
