Wait wait wait. You're asking someone to build for you for free, but give permission for you to sell their build as part of a premade server?

At the VERY least offer a percentage of whatever price you sell the premade server for.

The server is going to be sold at $10 by the time the server is built.

still, asking for someone to build for free then sell their build without giving them a share, however small the total value, is extremely unattractive. The only builders who would be willing to do this are those that don't give a damn about making any sort of money, and not a lot of them can be found on this website.

True that plus any builder wouldnt want to build for free and have there builds sold for 5+ dollars because theyd be really pissed if he made 100+ dollars from it

and people don't want to build you something that takes work and net thing they know they get no money because your "setup" doesn't sell. No offense.

Too bad, you will need to be forced to save up money for a nice looking exclusive spawn as no will build HQ spawns for free of charge.
