Build a spawn or get a free one. No offense, but honestly, factions servers now usually aren't very successful. Giving the builder 50% of your income is ridiculous. Especially if you want an exclusive spawn. I would have taken this, but the moment you mentioned "reselling" I immediately changed my answer.
