Meteorite PvP is looking for developers! These developers will be paid monthly depends on how much work you have done, with a potential to earn overtime.

We're looking for long-term, and not a short term by per project. It will be a factions server, called meteoritepvp with many custom features.

Hey there,

Would you be willing to contract developers for certain tasks instead of this monthly payment structure you proposed? I wouldn't feel comfortable at all working on a project for a significant amount of time and hope to get paid 30 days later. In MC, a lot can change in 30 days...

If you are willing to take more of a contract approach, I would be interested. I think I have a great understanding of the faction gamemode and have had experience in the past developing features for that gamemode.

Instead of DMing you this question on Discord, I'd rather ask it on thread because I wouldn't be surprised if other readers had the same question.

Regardless of whether the structure I proposed is possible, I wish you best of luck in your project.
