Seems a little pricy IMO, but I'm not a builder myself.

Alright. My opinion on it? It's not worth a $65 bin. If you ask me, the bin should maybe be $30 -$35. Why? Well, let's start off with the structure. Though the walls look great-n-all sometimes it gets repetitive. Other then that, it's great. Terraform is absolutely awful. In what I'd say is 85% of the ground that's supposed to be grass, etc. it's a few block dips in the ground, not that great. Bonemeal placement, is not so great looking, and that stack of podzols is a big no-no. Be sure to use dirt to blend it so it doesn't give it that ugly stacked effect. Last of all, the underground section of that build uses way to much Chiseled Stone brick, and so in a pattern-like manner, be sure to use something around that color for the floor. Nonetheless, good build. Good luck selling.
