Minecraft Mod Development

Hello I'm looking for a custom mod for my SMP where I'll be having "squads" which are in the center of the minecraft world. Just like WORLD SMP map there will be an online map I also need made along with a limit to the world.

The primary focus would be on these features

• Adding special items people can purchase FROM AN ONLINE SHOP that automatically gets deployed in game (eg. nukes, sabatoges, etc.)
• Game borders for certain regions
• Limits to certain regions of the world and special items people can buy
• ability for people to join squads

For me as owner I need the following:

• Ghost mode for moderation
• ability to create squads for certain users

budget is good we can discuss more. im new to this website so please send me a message if you can do this, I'll discuss my ideas further in detail as well.
