Minecraft server (active playerbase)

Hello there!
I am the owner of a server and I am looking forward to sell my server as I am not able to devote time to it as my job takes up most of my free time. Please do let me know if you are interested in buying it!
Server info:

• About 300 ppl on server discord
• Discord boost level 3
• Custom discord bot
• Custom builds for all sub servers + 1 server spawn that wasn't used yet (in addition to survival, hub and Skyblock builds)
• About 15 -20 ppl active player base
• About 100$ revenue per month
• Contains a lobby , survival and a Skyblock server (Skyblock is developed but hasn't been released has a custom spawn too)
• Sub 200 rank on most Vote-sites

thats a little less ur offering me 1 month revenue (if 100$) which isn't reasonable. Im looking for somewhere around 800-1000$ but can negotiate :>.
