The server I am currently developing is in its late stages and will be released ideally within the next few days.
However, before release the we require staff members.
This is not a paid role, this is a small server, however, dependent on player-base progression this could be a possibility in the future.

Staff Wanted/ Brief:
ONLINE DUTIES - Whilst playing the server you are expected to be seen as a resource and guide NOT A RULER OR ABOVE THE MEMBERS. We want to ensure that all players are treated fairly and equally and we implore you to continue playing the server on survival and if required testing new features.
Moderator
Basic knowledge with minimal responsibility, perfect for those that would like additional support moderating the server with the advancement to go for administrative roles such as admin or developer dependent on training given and your aspirations.
COMMANDS ACCESSED - Full access to Essentials / punishments commands - No power over any other plugin, unless on specific training / progression for Admin and above.
MODERATOR SPECIFIC DUTIES - Your role whilst on duty is to ensure the online safety of players above all else, look out for bullying, name calling and ensuring the server is free from hackers that may well seek to damage the server.
Admin
Advanced knowledge or requires minimum training to understand commands and features with comprehensive knowledge of online safety and general knowledge of the server and its functions. You can be accepted for this position with minimal experience and be coached.
COMMANDS ACCESSED - Access to majority of commands aside from luckperms.
ADMIN SPECIFIC DUTIES - Your role whilst on duty is to ensure the online safety of players above all else, look out for bullying, name calling and ensuring the server is free from hackers that may well seek to damage the server. You are expected to be a front face of the server, gathering feedback from players and relaying that to the owners, you may also suggest plugins and even assist in development. You have a large say in server development and can review ban appeals and judge them as such (provided with a second opinion from another Admin).
DEVELOPER / LEAD- DEVELOPER
Advanced knowledge of server systems and configuration, previous experience server hosting is desired however, not required.
COMMANDS ACCESSED - Full access to all commands and server console.
DEVELOPER SPECIFIC DUTIES - Your role whilst on duty is to ensure the online safety of players above all else, look out for bullying, name calling and ensuring the server is free from hackers that may well seek to damage the server - your additional priority is developing the server and advising when the server may require maintenance downtime. Should plugins need to be bought that will be at the discretion, purchase and review of the owners YOU ARE NOT EXPECTED TO PAY FOR ANY PLUGIN. You maybe required to train staff to become familiar with new plugins / developments. The server is your playground.
Senior - Admin
This rank is seen as the trainer.
COMMANDS ACCESSED - Access to all commands (potentially console dependent on progression / experience)
SENIOR - ADMIN SPECIFIC DUTIES - Your role is the same as admin, however, you have additional say in server development and review. You have compressive knowledge of server functions and ties within the community, you are seen as a figure of support for all staff members. You maybe required to train moderators and admins should they require it, you will also assist the Head-Staff in the recruitment phase.
Head-staff
Head of staff - you should have comprehensive server experience and outstanding application.
COMMANDS ACCESSED - Access to all commands and console
ADMIN SPECIFIC DUTIES -Same responsibilities as senior admin, however, you are the head of all staff. You have a say on staff progression and access to applications and interview new staff members. You will also match them with current staff members for 1:1 training should that be required. You will also investigate allegations within the server should they arise, I.E staff member abusing power.
YOU ARE AT ALL TIMES SUBJECT TO REVIEW SHOULD YOU BE DEEMED UNSUITABLE YOU CAN BE BANNED / DEMOTED WITHOUT NOTICE BY SENIOR RANK OR ABOVE WITH AGREEMENT WITH THE OWNERS.
