I am the Head Admin of MineSkill, a steadily growing network that averages between 15-25 players. The server consists of various gamemodes, such as Creative, Economy (which uses our custom coded plugin Cartel) Cops and Robbers, SkyBlock and our custom coded Splatoon gamemode. Our IP is Mineskill.uk

We're looking for staff in all positions listed below;

What's your previous experience of moderation on any server? I have 5 years of experience with being staff on Minecraft servers. I went from Mod to OP Admin on a server called Gizmo Prison. They are now called Gizmo Servers. I was with them for a little over a year. I helped them with a little bit of back end server stuff (plugins mostly). Which is where i learned how to do configs and how to setup servers. After I left that server, I went and helped a few friends setup their own servers for a few months. After that I took about a 6 month break from minecraft because I lost interest in playing the game. When I came back I decided I wanted to work for some bigger networks. So that is what I did. I worked on a Skyblock server of a decently big minecraft server (250+ players daily) for like 4 months. After that I decided I wanted to try helping a server from scratch. I got on board with a server that was in planning and was Coordinator (pretty much we planned all the events and server gamemodes) for a server before I got promoted to Staff Manager. They never launched due to lack of funds unfortunately. I have helped a few servers off and on since this time doing Staff, Server, and Community management as well has being Moderator or Admin on a few servers as well.

What rank are you applying for?: Staff Recruiter if it is more of a Staff Manager role. If not, than I would be willing to possible take Advertising Manager. We can speak more about this on discord if you would like.

Are you multilingual: I am not. I can speak very few words in Spanish though.

What is your timezone? Eastern - EST

What time are you most often on? I can typically be on anytime between 11 am until around 2 or 3 am.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft: Well I have been playing minecraft since May 2012. So I have been playing for a while now and in that time have been staff and played on pretty much any server type there is. I have experience being staff on bigger networks so this server would be nothing really new to me. I can see this server growing into something big with a little push from either a Community or Event manager. I feel like all this server needs is some events to bring players to the server and bring the community together to make it bigger than it currently is. I would love to be able to bring my experience in doing things like that to this server and make it go somewhere. Even if you do not want to give me the ranks I am applying for, I am open to talking about either making a role for me or for another rank that is available to me.

After I replied telling you that your application was too short, you proceeded to spam me trash talking the server, and out of pettiness you decided to make a devouch. Now you deleted the messages on Discord to make us look bad.

Suspicious Lemon (The owner) has tried to get rid of the devouch on this thread by trying to make up a reasonable offer as a position, I refused the position and told him I have no intentions to remove the Devouch and he told me the following:

This is part of the reason we don't work with children, you misunderstand many things. He didn't guarantee you an offer, he said he could possibly work out the devouch and then proceed with your application process. You are so far the only person to have an issue with our server regarding staff. The other applicants thus far haven't complained like you have.

I'm not complaining whatsoever, calling me a child is known as disrespectful towards a player and you should now be demoted because of it, like any other staff member would on my server if I owned one.
