Minigame server setup

Hey! I was wondering if someone could setup a minigame server. I would like the server to include the following gamemodes as well as a hub:
-Bedwars (a close replica of hypixel's bedwars, but with different maps)
-Skywars (a close replica of hypixel's skywars, but with different maps) (nearly same bridging distance, etc)
-Practice (Just a practice server)
-UHC meetup (Similar to Ultra's or Badlion's UHC meetup)
-Kitpvp (Regular and fun kitpvp)
-UHC (Something similar to Ultra's or Hypixel's UHC)

I would not like custom plugins unless they are necessary and I am fine with premium plugins. I would also like bungeecord to be setup and the builds. Thanks!

Correct. However, I am fine with premade resources (such as just premium bedwars for the bedwars).

Ah other thing, say your "deadline" to people know, and if got interest to do, which is low deadline more is payout, if more deadline its will go more cheap.
