Next time try to practice up your Freelancers to read the Description first before claiming it, because one of your Freelance just claimed my ticket within just 2 seconds after i posted it. and im for sure that he didn't read the descrioption before claiming.
now, the cause of this is he just wasted my 2 days for nothing and leaving the ticket like nothing's happened. he just leave like a boss without talking to me first before leaving.
NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR GOOD FREELANCERS. i'm not talking about the company here, im talking on how they managing their Customer, everything is fine, but the Freelance who claimed my ticket is just really a Monkey. his name is "Lotte" or

The freelancer in question was warned for leaving a ticket early and displaying poor customer service.
