Hello! My name is Brandon M. Childers. I am a professional game designer as well as a music composer. I have alot of experience in Java, Python, C+, C++, Ruby, etc. I also have experience in managing large groups of members and moderation. I would identify myself as: Very Kind, Supportive, Respectful, Cheerful, Easy to be around, Chill, Mature (Although I do adapt to other people's maturity to help make it more comfortable for them)

I have been apart of almost 24 servers in the past 2 years, and 90% of them I have been Co-Owner, Developer, and Head Manager. I get my job done, I focus on making the server popular and successful as well as providing a very comfortable and enjoyable environment. I have been known to be an excellent adviser as well as a relationship solver. I have resolved over 40 different relationship issues between staff and others.

I had issues with past servers, these issues being: Corrupt Owner, Financial issues shutting down the server, and not enough players. Alot of the issues actually came from the server owner shutting down their server because of the lack of a player base.

I recommend a better thread design and build up some sort of portfolio even if it's just some basic details. Always good to add to that. Best of luck!
