If we were to choose you as a staff member and you saw another member of staff having issues with their work or another member of the staff team what would you do to fix the issue? (Assume there are no higherups around and the member having an issue is a higher rank than you, you are the only person who is available to help deal with their circumstance):

If the server were to be taken down or someone was to scam another play of IRL money what would be your first response?:

Assume a staff member has done something wrong and they are trying to pin the blame on you, what would be your reaction, how would you proceed with the issue from there, and what could you do to prevent something like this from happening in the future?:

You are behind on your work for the week, you have already been contacted by a higherup asking for the work. You have other priorities as well that rule over yours as staff ie: school or work. What would you tell that higherup and who would you contact after that, what would you tell them or ask of them to possible help fix the situation?:

A lower-ranking staff member has a huge backlog of work for the week, you notice it but don't say anything, you know their work is due in the coming days and they have already told you that they won't be able to complete their work for the week. What would you do to fix this situation(You are the highest-ranking member currently online)?:

Say the last few weeks you have not been keeping up with your work, higherups are constantly on you to get it done but you can't manage to keep up. You are called into a meeting asking what the issue is and why you are unable to keep up with the work what would you do and how can you work it out with the higherups to where you can get all your work done for the week in a timely manner?:

How long have you been playing Minecraft: I’ve been playing for about 7 years

What is your timezone?: I am currently in PST

Do you have any previous experience as staff on Minecraft Servers?: I’ve been staff on 4 servers. The first one was on Crazy Kingdoms, hosted by YouTubers Crainer, Jelly and Slogmans, I was Senior Moderator on that one. The second was on a Project Luna, I was Moderator on that one also. The third, was McPrisons, which I was a Senior Admin, which was hosted by YouTuber F1nnster. And the fourth one is AsylumCloud, which I am Moderator on. Sadly all of these closed down.

What unique skills can you bring to the team?: I can work with people, and clearly communicate with them. I’m currently taking a Psychology course on how to work with different people.

How many hours a week are you available?: I can be on around 6-7 hours a week.

Why should we choose you over other possible applicants?: I work really well with people, and I can create a clear and peaceful environment for players and staff.

(Assume there are no higherups around and the member having an issue is a higher rank than you, you are the only person who is available to help deal with their circumstance): I would first stop the situation, where both people take a break from talking. Then, I would try to understand what had occurred to start the fight. After that, together, we would discuss how to properly deal with the situation, and how to communicate and solve the problem before the fight occurs.

If I can’t finish some, I’ll try to ask other staff, if they have any free time, to help them/me out.

What position are you looking to apply for and why?: I am looking to be admin. I’ve had a lot of experience with Sr.Mods and Admin, so hopefully you can accept me!

Do you have previous experience in this position and if so how much and what kind of server was it?: I do have experience. It was Mc Prisons, I as Senior Admin for about a year. I dealt with rollbacks, hackers and server problems.

Say you are promoted to a new position you have no experience in, what is the first thing you would do to increase the odds of you doing your duties correctly, and how can you follow up on this to make sure everything runs smoothly in the future?: I ask people who has been the role before me, about how to address situations that I haven’t dealt with before.

Any other information you would like to give us that could increase your odds of being chosen?: I’ve had a lot of experience with this role, I hope I’ve made a good impression of you!
