How much am I looking at for a plugin like this:
-A lore-based server with backstory upon how the world was created
-Nations that can be player created that can affect the lore as the server progresses
-Three continents divided into territories that the nations fight over and conquer
-A nation has to have taken over an entire continent to start attacking others (from the coastline, think a beach head)
-Nations can only take 2 territories a day to limit powerful nations from expanding to fast
-After one nation, or alliance of nations, take over all 3 continents a lore event will start that will last multiple days and will basically end the world and restart with a different map. The winning nation (largest) would get a badge or some type of award for winning the map and maybe a passive buff or something (nothing to crazy)
-Nether and End would be custom built with regening ores (glowstone, nether quartz, end stone, etc)
-1.12.2 with 1.8 style pvp
-maybe a few custom crafting items to make getting resources easier
-maybe custom structures players can purchase and place in their towns that would generate resources based off the number of territories they have.
