Hello, my name is Chloe [or xDre_am]. I run a dedicated server with a custom modpack called Naturist's Dream. We are currently looking for people to fill staff positions, of which there are several different positions to apply for. Keep in mind, these are not paid staff positions.

Naturist's Dream was founded by PixldHamster, and soon backed by a small, but growing team of various community members looking for a unique minecraft experience. We feature various magical, farming and exploration mods - with very few technical aspects. Traverse the deepest, darkest dungeons, cultivate a homestead, excel in various fields of magic --- explore, grow and thrive.

If you're interested in applying, please note:
- All staff must be comfortable and willing to use Discord. A link will be PMed to you if you show interest or request it.
- You must be at least 16 years of age, preferably 17 or older, to apply. However maturity is much more desirable and more of a contributing factor before your actual age.
- We prefer that you're not currently staff on any other server, but still have proper experience, depending on the position you're applying for.
- You must apply for whitelisting on our website, prior to applying for staff. A link to the website will be provided upon request or interest shown.
- We don't expect this job to take over your life, but would appreciate you spending enough time on the server, Discord and forum to show you're serious about the position.
- If you receive a staff position, we also expect you to play on the server. What better way to get to know each other, eh?
As for the staff positions available and what the position entails:
Community Manager [Forum Only Position]
- Manages and moderates the forum; makes sure people are following the posting rules and guidelines.
- Makes sure people are posting in the correct section in the forum.
- Keep things on topic, when in discussions.
- Cleans the forum posts up, in case of spam or unwanted posts.
- Responsible for replying to and discussing Mod Suggestions [Keep in mind, you're not approving/rejecting the suggestions.]
- Makes sure Bug Reports get to the Developers or Owner, to get proper assistance for the player.
- Advertises the server on external sites, and manages the posts.
- Cultivating relationships with Twitch or YouTube streamers, to help get more attention to the Modpack and server.
- Must prioritize Naturist's Dream forum, if working on other servers.
- Able to assist with building, when needed.
- Must be able to use World Edit, and/or Schematica.
- Will be able to use /GMC when necessary - and only temporarily, given by Admin or Higher.
- Monitors the Mod Support and Bug Report section of the forum; following up with pertinent questions and help.
- Tracking down and fixing bugs when they arise.
- Working on Config files to resolve conflicts and issues before they can become an issue in the world.
- Keeping an eye on updates to determine when and if it's safe to update a mod; and reporting what impact doing so may have on the server.
- Able to configure, edit and correct plugins and permissions if the need arises.
- Knowledgeable players, with adequate experience with the mod selection on the server.
- Must be patient and considerate to others, with good communication skills.
- Must be aware of the rules in-game, and be able to refer to them when players ask questions or say something.
- Will be able to /mute, /kick and /tempban players [up to 24 hours] only when necessary.
- Must report to Moderators or higher, after banning someone and/or when help is needed.
- Organizes Events, Giveaways and Drop Parties - includes selecting prizes.
- Must have good time-management and communication skills - working with people is essential.
- Work with the group to create Events that can be easily and seamlessly carried out.
- Will not have an in-game rank [Other than Member, or VIP if they donate.] but will be ranked on the Forums.
