Need a guy like me around?: Player management and server maintenance

Hello there, my name is Riot, or Thomas, either works. I am 18 years of age and I have done a lot of building in my Minecraft experience, and a lot of management roles. I normally play the role of a Co-owner or a management position in new or developing servers. I've done a lot of file configurations and I am familiar with java (I am a student programmer in java and C++). I have also worked well in judgement as far as player control or security is concerned. I contribute to building and server maintenance roles as well. I am trusted with currently 2 server consoles. I took noticed that I am fairly good at what I do. I use to think I was just a builder, but I am more so a server maintainer, making sure things stay in place and look all nice and coming up with new ideas and ways to improve the server. I was unsure if there was a demand for people of leadership like myself. but just thought I'd throw myself out there, put myself to good use for someone.
