W have been searching for a manager for a while and the reason most people dont apply is because they want money but at the moment we have no pay role but after maybe 1 month of being manager pay maybe implemented and it will be around 7 dollars an hour but yeah

I'd like to toss you some advice;

Considering you did mention you want to perhaps offer payment down the line, I would advise you to alter this thread post to make that a more clear note to takeaway from this as users on this forum would like payment from their work either hourly as you mentioned; in-game items(depends on the person), but as we grow up and age we understand our own self-worth and come to an expectation of a payment of some kind for our time.

I'm not trying to "trash" your thread in the slightest; I'm just sure a lot of users overseeing this thread are thinking the same as me but I wanted to toss my thoughts to you; I wish you the best of luck with this recruitment.

Yeah lots of people always come expecting a pay because thats all they are intrested in and never read the thread properly
