Need a Minecraft Monday style server [Serious inquiries only]

Hey everyone!

So I'm looking for someone to help me setup a mini games server similar to the server Minecraft Monday is hosted on. I'm organizing a charity live-streaming event with 100 other content creators and I think it would be really unique if we could get something like this setup but I don't know how to configure all the plugins correctly.

A few things I'm looking for:

1. Mini games would including hunger games, TNT run, parkour race, bed wars, and maybe a few others depending on what the other content creates want.
   
   
2. I would need to have teams of 2 and make sure that both players in a team get in the same game. (On that note, I'd also need to make sure the server automatically gets everyone into the same game without having to wait for people)
   
   
3. I need some sort of point system in place so we can determine the winners, and that system would need to automatically add up and display rankings of teams live.
   
   
4. I don't need a host for the server; I have some experience and I'm capable of hosting the server on my own pc with a custom domain.
   

That's a lot of stuff but if anyone is up for the challenge, I'm willing to pay in both money and shoutouts (there's some pretty big content creators participating in this!)

You're gonna need a BIG budget for this, and "capitol" is spelt 'capital'
