Need cheap simple logo for website

I'm not quite sure what to put into the logo but the theme is prison and our main colors are light/cyan blue and white, the servers name is Diamond Bar Prison
I need something simple like mineplex and hypixel logos but prison themed, not logos where the have things going on in the background or too much detail but not just 2d text, originally I wanted DB Prison on a shield where it looked as if the text was stuck on the shield, as if the text was coming from the shield just bulging out with DB at the top and prison at the bottom, with 2 pickaxes coming crossing behind the shield, if you think that would look good then I might try that otherwise I got to think of something to do with the text.
I only expect to pay up $10-$25 for a simple logo since it is not in my budget to pay hundreds, I still have to pay for hosting the website, server, domain and other art, but if I think it deserves it I may pay more.
