What makes your server different?
Besides an big focus on quality, our server boasts a custom plugin called "Exp Tanks" - experience tanks can be spawned in by players and lets players STORE their experience with unlimited amounts. Factions can put all their collective experience and store it somewhere INSIDE their base, allowing for more dimension to gameplay (imagine raiding the exp tanks of an enemy faction, alongside spawners and items).

How long before release?
At this rate it might take me 4 weeks, on my own, to bring this server up to a standard of quality. The server was originally created for 1.8.8 and i have been updating it to 1.16.1 [for the new blocks and content] over the past few days (big plugins are working).
We will be hiring a dedicated server in the USA/EU region.
What staff is needed?
Currently accepting anyone who wants to be apart of the project, payment is promised in the future if you are good at what you do (dev,web,artist). Currently i pay freelancers to do things for the server but would appreciate if you didn't contact me for that after reading this post.
