Need custom Discord setup for a marketplace server

Hey
I need a custom discord setup for my business server.
Requirements below:

• Ability to have a separate main/general channel for each role, only visible to that role. (IE: General-Customer-Service General-Developer General-Boosting)
• Captcha bot for new users
• Ability to make support tickets
• Ability for users to use emoji reactions or something to pick which service channels they want to see
• Ability to make channels for various services, with a separate ticket channel for each service (IE: tickets for Boosting, which are only available to that user and people in the boosting role)
• Ability for users from each role to see customer service requests for that role
• Announcement channels for both all users and for individual services.
• Voice channels for all users and individual services

I'm basically looking to get a server with two major sides.
1. Management, where channel-specific roles for that business are opened by having the role assigned to the user
2. Buyers, where buyers can join the public channels for the businesses they plan on buying from.

Each business should remain separate in terms of tickets, support requests, and general channels. Essentially, multiple markets/stores hosted on one server.
