Hello I’m in need for A website for my company where customers can make tickets/request and also be able to see what we are offering. Also have logins for our team members to be able to accept commissions and chat with clients and login for clients so they have a profile and chats and have a payment system. That’s the basic jist

No, it’s a Minecraft forum, that’s why people UNDERPAY good developers.

And also that $100/hr is a mid range freelancer price. Not a big corporation.

Pretty sure that $100/h is quite an exaggeration, especially for freelancers. Based on what you've said, 100 * 8 * 5 * 40 (assuming you worked a 9-5 job weekdays w/ 12 weeks of holiday), then you'd be making $160,000 as a "mid range" developer. Pretty sure the average wage for web developers would be lower than that - probably an average of around $120,000 at best. Moreover, with freelancing, it's much more competitive so prices are actually probably lower.

You could make the argument that its only $100/h for freelancers and not those contracted in a permanent position. But then, you'd need to factor in the consultation period, as well as any time that is used for help/ assistance, since that would be normally completed within the office hours or streamlined with other employees taking on this role. (So this would further reduce that rate you've provided)

If I'm wrong, lmk, since I'd be quite interested in getting some insights into this industry.
