[Need Feedback] Trying myself in YouTube Thumbnail Design (GFX)

Hey Community,

as I know there are a lot of talented GFX Artists here on BuiltByBit I wanted to try to get some feedback this way. Lately I try myself
a little bit more in YouTube Thumbnail Design. I have two Thumbnails I would like to show off to you guys & get some feedback!

Quick headsup, as I obviously have no clients yet, I used some AI generated humans for these Designs, just imagine
these guys on the two thumbnails would be some good looking young youtube creators lmao

I would love to hear about your guys opinion to these designs! Feel free to hmu with constructive critisim too.

They're both very good, especially the one of the left. You're quite talented! But to make it more gramatically correct I'd change it from "no one is telling this" to "no one is telling you this"

Personally,

The one on the left is much more engaging. With the emboldened red, and highlight over "telling this", which gives negative connotations, I think it is much more likely to drive a higher click-through-rate than the one on the right.

I personally like the one on the right. Its a quick attention grabber and a great initial hook! But, you can use the A/B marketing method and change it from your first design to your second after a week or two!
