Need Help With My Website

I bought a website and wanted to turn it into an alt generator. I have the accounts to use for the alt generator but I don't know how to make the generator itself. If anyone could help me make this it would be much appreciated. I will be paying for whoever makes me this (Payment will be discussed after it is done).

Looking on your site, I see it says 'Buy accounts/alts'
