Need Plugin Created!

I want a plugin based on the game Dungeon Defenders 2. (Look up a video or play the tutorial of the game its Free to play.)
I want it kinda to be like Mobarena but it needs to have the mobs pathfind to the selected spot (the "spot" is the place you should defend) and if the "player" is blocking its path it should go after the player.
I must be able to select how many waves per dungeon, dungeons must be instances so i can have multiple of the same dungeon played at once.
I must be able to select what mobs drop what loot (i must be able to select how frequently it should drop)
I need to be able to create RPG based weapons.
I need to be able to change max players per instance.
I need players to be able to create teams.
A way to reward players after completing a dungeon.
I need "rings and necklaces" to be a thing.
Players should just be needed to press a sign to join a dungeon.
Admins can join without taking a spot from the players.
Players should be able to see how many dungeons they have beaten/lost, how many MOBS they have killed.


I also need a Hero Plugin to go with this with some abilitys like (wynncraft)
Replace hunger to mana, Mana should be taken if player runs and uses ability
All this should be easy for players to access via a cmd thats show a chest inventory with "buttons"
(Classes:
Archer
Mage
Healer
Warrior)
Every Class Should have 2 different abilitys and everyone should be able to use double jump feature
Archers abilitys: "Rapid Fire" and some kind of "Stun" ability
Mages abiliys: "Meteor Strike" that fires fire balls from the sky and a "Freeze" ability
Healers abilitys: "Heal Nearby" and "Heal All"
Warriors abilitys: "Double damage" and "Blast" jumps in the air a blasts the grownd
ALL ABILITYS SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE CHANGED LIKE COOLDOWN etc...
ALL ABILITYS MUST HAVE EFFECTS (just like in wynncraft)
Skills:
"Strength" Gives you more Alldamage
"Critical" Gives you higher chance of a critical hit
"Hitpoints" Gives you more hitpoints/hearts
"Mana" Gives you more mana
"Speed" Gives you more Walkspeed

The most important thing is its easy to setup.
