Introduction
Hello there, my name is Oakie, I am 14 years old, and I am a native speaker of English. Which means I was born and raised fully English, so my writing skills are top notch. I have been lost for a while, I am needing a fresh community new or old to join. Though my mc days aren't what they used to be I am still fond of the game and the forums that more than often come with it :>. I am a foodie, I love magic, gaming, and friends. I do not judge on religion, appearance, sexuality, race, viewpoints, gender, eye color, anime type, culture, nor the past.
A couple traits of me: friendly, caring, mature, understanding, smelling of oakwood
Things I can help with:
Checking in on the forums whenever I have a minute to ensure everything is in check
Accepting/Denying staff applications (requests) for in-game staff team and/or forum staff team
Answering questions about the website/server, welcoming new players, and posting announcements for new updates/features
Transferring info such as player & staff reports to owner and administrators as I come upon them, as well as informing in-game staff of reported bugs so they can look into them
Things I do not help with:
I won't watch over the server as I would the website, I will be devoting my part of the staff team to the forums and will not be on the server frequently to help govern, that would be a job for in-game admins and mods
I do not use a mic, I do not use skype, and I don't use a webcam. Though, this hinders many stakes of interviewing, I heavily suggest using discord to interview me through texting if it is required.
I dont develop websites, nor do I know how to. I purely help watch over/run the forums through posting, helping users, and being a forum lurker.

My Rubric
If it's a simple error, I let them know what they should do next time.
They continue to make the simple error, I warn them that they need to fix their problem as it is breaking the rules of the site.
If it's clearly breaking a rule that they should have read, I will link them to the rules and tell them to read it again to prevent future rule breaking again.
If they continue to clearly break a rule, I will warn them and tell them if they do not stop breaking the rule they will keep getting their posts removed/locked which may lead to a temp-ban.
If they are doing something obviously not right such as spamming, intense hate speech, purposely breaking rules to funk around with the staff, then I will warn them, delete the spammed posts and such, and tell them if they do it again their out, if they refuse to listen it will be a temp-ban for a couple days, enough for them to cool off while we decide what to do with them and if they have had any past offenses.
(of course there is always a blockade that I understand happens and I try to work around it best I can. For example, a foreign person speaking a different language in a English only forum, I would need to translate the warnings to their language and let them know that they didn't do anything on purpose, but if they keep using that language or if they stay and they do not know English they will end up getting kicked because it truly is a English only forum (this only applies to forums that are strictly English)

Summary
Please keep in mind I am not limited to the facts above, I can always help in more ways, and if you are not comfortable with me having a certain permission, then by all means do not worry, I don't require some higher power than the owners/higher ups, I only need whats necessary to watch over, interact, and help the forums and the users in them.
Thank you for reading, and if you skipped to the end, shame on you.
