Need someone to setup my website for me (ALREADY MADE)

I have the website already made and got the domain bayscreative.eu, but I am a complete noob in websites and their setups. I have ordered the site and all the banners for MC SERVER with the IP bayscreative.eu on them so I can't add subdomain for MC server such as play.bayscreative.eu, but my domain bayscreative.eu does not work on the website, only on the MC IP address.

Short explanation of the problem:
When I enter the domain bayscreative.eu in browser the hosting company where I purchased the web hosting package pops up and not my website which I uploaded.

The domain bayscreative.eu works perfectly for my MC server.

Additional Info:
The domain is hosted in GoDaddy and I'm using Bisect Hosting for the Web Hosting and MC.

I can pay, but I'm more looking for a free offer as its new years and I can make free logos for anyone in return. Or gift a steam game!

1. Setup cloud flare on your domain
2. Make www.yoursite.com redirect to your host by using the shared host IP of your web host in cloud flare
3. Setup a page rule to redirect all traffic that goes from yoursite.com to www.yoursite.com

Search cloud flare and register, pretty straight forward and all you have to do is update your name servers to them. If you add me on Skype, I can guide you through the process when I get home, which will be in around 2-3h

Who's your webhost provider? Namecheap, etc.
