Need someone who can code my server and website

Hey so I'm not 100% sure what I will be creating for my server, maybe a network, but I need someone or a team who can do everything for me. I'm quite busy, having a part time job and going to college full time. I will be paying for the server, and all work done to it. If anyone can refer me to someone or if you can do this for me ill have contact information at the bottom. I want this done professionally, neat code that doesn't have any leaks which create lag. Meaning, I want this 100% custom. I do not want any pre made plugins on my server. I also need a website, as I already said. I do not need it to be super fancy, nor do I need a forums or anything like that. I just need an overview/updates page, voting, and a ticket page for reporting things. I can tell this will be a little pricy, so I would like an estimate. I would have probably about 3-5 simple games/minigames, a hardcore survival, creative, and possibly a custom game mode. Might create a fully custom server aswell. I would like estimates for all of those. Any help would be great.

For instance, just saying, a HC survival server should be no more than $30, and the website about 50-100

If plugins are not custom, they lag because they were not designed to mesh with each other. It also leaves most of the plugins with unused data and information. Unwanted parts of the plugin that causes lag
