Who am I? What are we looking for?
I am Chris, I am the Owner Of SwayPvP. We are currently interested in seeking YouTubers who can bring fresh new content and players to our server. The server is CustomEnchant Factions.There is a fresh new hub being worked on and developed atm for SwayPvP, Also looking for staff that are well trained/know what they are doing, There is soon to be big big updates as we are working on (bosses tons of more Gkits) ect.

it is Factions but we try to change it as much as possible to make it good and easy for the players and the staff team.

First of all, this goes under http://www.mc-market.org/forums/recruitment-staff/. Second of all, you should look at some recruitment threads under the recruitment sub-forum for some examples of proper threads. Yours is lacking in more ways than one I'd have to say.

In no way was I being a dick in that reply. I'm just helping you out. Many experienced staff members look for mature and experienced owners. They look for professional threads, good grammar, proper server knowledge. Also, when you respond to people you should @ them or click the reply button under their post so that they get a notification and they know that you are talking to them.
