I'm the founder and owner of Nersa Competitive, we were once a server last year, hitting around 150-200 players with only 100$ advertising. Requirements for the Owner position - Must be over 17+, have maturity, and if you can invest some money that would be awesome too, but most importantly, i want somebody that has tons of experience.
Requirements for the Manager position - Must be over 17+, have maturity, We want someone that will be strict with our staff and not make good friends with one another, we want someone who can choose and manage staff at all time's, and withhold staff meetings.
