Network looking for Media Owner/Owners

Hello! I'm Link or Rob, I could care less by what name you use. I'm looking for two or three more Owner(s)/CoOwner(s). I will explain more on what you need to even think about applying for any of the following spots. My network is focused on making your PvPing experience outstanding along with many other things. We have both a Faction server and HCFaction server up and running with custom plugins that range from many different aspect from enchanting, Player & Faction LvLing. Our staff are hand picked from MCM and other sites (No, no-one is from PMC). Our Staff are expected to be on their best performance lvl and respect. This also goes for any and all of our Owner's we pick up/have. Note we are not looking for the following ANY type of Managers, Admin's Mod's or Helper's!

Note: I'M NOT LOOKING FOR STAFF MANAGERS or MANAGERS!

What I need from you as a Media Owner:
  • 5k or 10K active subs
  • knowledge of how to deal with players in a professional matter (not like a 10-year-old)
  • knowledge of how HCF/Factions, SkyBlock, Survival and Mminigame work
  • Able to record 3/5 videos week or 6/7 month w/IP in description of all videos
  • able to be on after school/work (Whatever you do in your spare time) to be active with server related things or just keeping your fan's interested.
  • Host events for fans or members (SW, DP, GiveAways ect)
  • Common Sense (Don't be a jack ass)
  • Loyal to the network
  • Active (In-Game & Forums)
  • Network/Server Announcements (Video's updating on new server perks ect)
What you get from this:
  • % of donations after Dedi and Advertising has been paid w/Promo code
  • CoOwner of a network?
  • [Famous] compared to [Famous] or [YouTube]
  • A fun time for you and your fans
  • Random Sponsored Giveaways to boost your views/fan base.
  • Work with a professional team


What I need from you as an Owner:
  • knowledge of how a retail store works (This is how I run my network)
  • knowledge of Plugins/Permissions
  • knowledge of how to deal with players in a professional matter (10-year-olds)
  • knowledge of how HCFactions/Factions, SkyBlock, Survival and minigame work
  • $60 or more a month for Advertising, Builds & Java Dev's (I'm paying for the dedi costs)
  • able to be on after school/work (Whatever you do in your spare time)
  • Understanding of Linux & MySQL
  • Common Sense
  • Know how to ScreenShare // Find Vape and other Clients
  • Loyal to the network
  • Writing Documents (Threads/Staff S.O.P's)
  • Active (In-Game & Forums)
  • Reviewing Reports/Applications
  • Network/Server Announcements (When an owner can't/is away)
  • Team Meeting (What needs to be worked on/Who needs to be worked on)
  • Email Support (Your own or under the Support Email)
What you get from this:
  • % of donations after Dedi and Advertising has been paid
  • CoOwner of a network?

Found a few but they are really toxic people so I dropped them and there contract.

If I had players I wouldn't be on MCM making a thread. Please don't reply unless you are interested in sponsoring or becoming an owner.
