Hello, I'm Yoshi and I'm playing release a new Survival server (with plans to add more servers) soon. At this current point I need experience and trust worthy people to help me out with the Development and Staffing On The whole Server. If You interested DM me on Discord - YoshiThatsMe#7579

1 or 2 Developers
Lead Dev is in charge of all developers and development within the server.

3 or 4 Admins
You’ll be in charge of the Staff Team. You’ll also have the ability to hire and fire staff as you see fit. Some position you can’t hire for, those positions are the Admin & Admin+ as Executives and Owners will have to help make those decisions with you.

2 or 3 Moderators (1 Senior Moderator)
Ensures that the players are following the rules. Catching, recording and banning hackers. Also helps out the Helpers if they have a problem

1 or 2 Helpers
Answer questions in chat, offers support to new players, also reports unusual player behaviour to mods and above.

1 Build Lead
Build Lead is in charge of our builders. You’ll have the same type of responsibilities as a Staff Manager but only the Build Lead can hire and fire builders. As that’s your department and SM is in charge of their own Dep.

In Charge of building hubs, spawns and many other things on the server

Staff Payment
Only A few staff ranks will be paid such as developers and builders.
