I purchased the 25$ package from him, I have recieved the ads and the guaranteed player so overall I am happy.

Despite this the people he works with server owners that are irresponsible, unprofessional and in general were not fun to work with. I was promised ads at a certain time by one of the owners (of a server called WinterMC) and only after at first polite reminders and then nagging for atleast 12 hours I finally got my ad posted. He was ignoring messages from me and if you join the server you would see other people were in the same situation. So by no means is this a scam, in fact iJeneral_TV was a treat to work with but the people who own the servers are not. I do understand there was a discord raid that happened the day before but he was not busy, he was plugging his ROBLOX game all day and messing about while ignoring multiple customers. He also banned people who spoke out against him without warning (not that a warning would even be fair)

He set me up with another server owner too, this person was much more pleasant to work with, quicker to reply and in general a lot more professional. However he has struggled to reach requirement and it's now been just over 2 days since I sent the money. I gave the guy a pass, he has tried his hardest to hit his requirements and maybe the fact my server is minecraft and that server was a giveaway one so people may not have been interested in it. He is continuing to repost so he is delivering on his end of the deal.

Overall I would say these adverts are good in the sense they deliver the intended players, iJeneral_TV was a treat to work with same with the giveaway server owner but do proper research into the servers he gives you as they won't be scams but the owner can be immature or lazy. Also maybe put in an order in advance to counter any delays that may be experienced due to this. Would suggest turning down any dealings with "WinterMC" or a server owned by Racks though.

very much agree with this. Both of the owners of wintermc are two immature kids who don't know how to handle a business. I dealt with them both and experienced horrible service. IJeneral is a nice guy and is very professional.

Yes WinterMC is owner by Racks who is very unrpoffesional. I purchased an ad recently and they didn't post it. After 1 weeks I pinged him once and Racks told me to kill myself he also banned me completely from WinterMC I would not recommend purchasing an add from Racks

file a chargeback, you will win it if you have enough evidence. Or make a scam report against whoever sold you the ad

If sent G&S, you can file a dispute or chargeback. However, if F&F, contact your bank or paypal and they should be able to help you file a chargeback. Anyway, yeah I stopped working for him ages ago
