I currently oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business functionality while driving the company’s strategic vision forward. With years of experience in gaming communities and some hosting services experience, I understand the unique needs of gamers, community managers, and server administrators. My goal with Novacore Hosting is to create a hosting provider that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations, providing both high performance and educational value.

We have finalized pricing structures for our initial game offerings, which include:- Garry's Mod
- Minecraft
- Ark Survival Evolved
- Rust
- Conan Exiles
- Arma Reforger
Our pricing is competitive, with multiple tiers catering to both small and large-scale gaming communities. Additionally, we will be offering add-ons such as dedicated IPs, automatic backups, Server Setups and more.
2. Initial Launch & Infrastructure Readiness
We have had a successful launch, as we keep focusing on:- Deploying high-performance game servers.
- Conducting extensive stress testing to guarantee server stability.
- Implementing advanced security measures to protect against DDoS attacks.
- Developing custom server management tools to simplify hosting for users.
3. WHMCS Integration & Billing System
We have integrated a WHMCS license to manage billing, subscriptions, and support tickets. This will allow customers to:- Easily manage their hosting services.
- Track their invoices and payments.
- Submit support tickets and receive timely responses from our staff.
4. Community Engagement & Support Structure
A strong community is the backbone of any hosting company. We are working on:- Setting up a fully-functional Discord server where customers can get support, interact with staff, and engage with the community.
- Hiring and training customer support representatives to provide live chat and email support.
- Launching a comprehensive knowledge base filled with guides and FAQs to assist customers with common issues.
5. Website Development & User Education
Our website features:- Modern UI/UX Design optimized for mobile and desktop.
- Detailed hosting plans with clear explanations on RAM, CPU, and storage.
- Comparison charts showcasing how we stack up against competitors. (Still being worked on)
- An educational section to guide users on choosing the right hosting plan based on their needs. (Still being worked on)
6. Expanding the Team
To ensure continued smooth launch, we are filling key positions, including:- Managerial Roles

- System Administrators

We plan to add support for more games based on customer demand, including but not limited to:- Squad
- FiveM
- Valheim
- Other Source-based games
2. Having More Owned Hardware
Owned infrastructure will allow us to:- Optimize performance by using custom-tuned hardware.
- Lower long-term operational costs.
- Provide better pricing and reliability for customers.
3. Increasing Marketing & Advertising Efforts
We will still be allocating $4,000 for advertising, broken down as follows (Can change based of factors):- $3,000 toward YouTube marketing (sponsoring gaming and tech content creators).
- $1,000 toward partnerships with streamers, gaming communities, and influencers.
4. Revenue & Growth Projections
- Pessimistic Projection: $5,000 (2026-2027)
- Optimistic Projection: $15,000 (2026-2027)

- Are 16+ Years Old: To ensure ease of legal obligations as we scale.
- Have Strong Communication Skills: To contribute positively to our team and customer interactions.
- Think Long-Term: We want people who can help grow the company rather than those looking for short-term work.
- Are Passionate About Gaming & Hosting: A strong understanding of game servers and hosting technology is a plus.
- Have a Working Microphone (Preferred): For efficient team meetings and potential voice support roles.
