I come to you today because we're in serious need of people for my upcoming Skyblock server.
1. What kind of server will it be?
It's going to be a Skyblock server, part of an upcoming network called IronSummit, and what I want to accomplish is a community of amazing people who help each other while also providing the best possible experience on the server. Every player will be an important piece in this community, each having their own place, doing our best so nobody feels left out.
2. What's the progress so far?
So far, there's about 30 plugins installed, a single builder working on the spawn, and we're slowly configuring plugins to our needs.
3. Okay, what positions are you looking to fill?
Here's what we're looking for and the requirements:
Community Manager: 0/1 - Experience in this position is crucial, as well as confidence in dealing with the playerbase. A CM is expected to hold events, deal with any problems the community may have, and interact with it.
Administrators: 1/2 - Administrators are behind-the-scenes staff that deal with management/plugin issues, as well as having the final say in player punishments.
Moderators: 1/4(low priority) - Moderators make sure the server stays clean, safe and that no conflicts arise between players, as well as catching any rule breakers.
Builders: 1/5 (high priority) - Builders well, build important structures on the server, they are crucial components of the staff team when starting a server.
Helpers: 1/2 - Helpers answer players' questions and address any issues that they might have.
Designers: 1/4 - Designers are tasked with finding ideas to make the server more interesting and enjoyable, and help with making them come true. This position requires CREATIVITY as the main requirement.
Developers: 1/3 - Developers assist administrators in technical issues the server faces, occasionally writing extra code for things to work properly, and may also occasionally write separate plugins for our needs.
