You're hiring 15 year olds to be Admins and Sr.Admins and also having them sign agreements? I'm assuming you're having their parents sign as co-signers as minors cannot enter into legally binding contracts.

Yes, that's correct, they must have their legal guardian cosign on their behalf. :D

Your best bet is to higher more older staff or at least people who know what these contracts mean, as not many have lawyers on standby to read through the contract

Needless to say, these contracts aren’t going to hold up in a court of law. Let alone the fees to do such would cost more than the petty money you’d get out of it.
Suing a child would be morally wrong if you did it, and a NDA is like a pinky promise if it’s signed on behalf of a child. It’s the parents who signed it not the child, so if the child really wanted to, they could blap on about the server with no care.

That's not at all what we are gonna do with the NDA, we are not suing someone, we are holding them accountable for there actions, of course, we'll fine them too if its really bad. Parents need to sign, not the child.

Do you state in the contract that you will fine someone if it’s broken. I’m not questioning the tournament I’m more or less questioning business ethics.
Here’s advice from me, skip all the annoying PR shit and just go straight to hiring 18+ that way they are accountable for their actions.
