Objective
My primary purpose as a staff member is to assist in the development of strong communities. I want to see happy players, little disagreement between staff and players, and players who can enjoy the server. I understand that you can't expect everything to be flawless on competitive Minecraft servers. Toxic teams and individuals will try to agitate people and persuade them into siding with them.This is not acceptable to me. I don't want any of this in my communities because it irritates staff teams and players, and it ultimately leads to failure servers. I totally realize that when money is on the line, people will go to great lengths to get it, and I understand that Competitive FFA is designed to be completely nice, but servers frequently fail due to weak links on a staff team who are easily influenced.I do everything in my ability to prevent this from ever happening on a server where I have the authority to stop it. That being said, I am not perfect and have lost servers that I had the ability to avoid, which is why I wish to protect other communities from suffering the same fate as mine.

I'm sure I've forgotten a couple servers I've worked on over the years, but they weren't really important.
Communication
I work well in groups, but I can also do well on my own. Because managing a server alone is difficult, I frequently had to collaborate with larger teams. I've learnt how to engage with others in order to achieve a favorable outcome in whatever endeavor I'm working on. Having stated that, I am not reliant on others. I can also work alone to complete a task or job, and I don't need to be babysat to get things done.
Leadership
I am a capable leader. If something gets out of hand, I am willing and able to take command. My staffing experience has also taught me leadership skills. It is pointless to be a manager or Sr.Admin if no one will listen to or accept you. I am willing to put in the effort to earn the respect of my peers and become a figurehead, role model, or leader of something.

Strength & Weaknesses
- I have a strong work ethic.
- I've evolved into a good community manager and community builder.
- Cheaters are easily visible to me. Unfortunately, the more you see cheaters, the easier they are to recognize, and during my staff experiences, I have encountered numerous cheaters, leading me to develop an eye for cheating.
- I am well-versed in the intricacies of discord and all of its features.
- Professional screen-sharers with strong technical expertise may easily find all hacks during screen-sharers.
- Strong programming skills in Javascript, Java, Python, and HMTL. Can be highly beneficial in development
- I am a person. Humans are not perfect and make mistakes. I, like everyone else, have made mistakes in the past.
- I'm a college student, so it may interfere with my time during exams and tests; I'm also prone to becoming sick throughout the winter.
- I am fluent in several languages and can write professionally in all of them.
