If I did it doing solo-building my price would range from $400-$600.
Keep in mind thats on a $15 per mine base price. If they where for example smaller and simple and ranging in $5-$10 range I would charge around $375($10) give or take.

Assuming everything is custom here would be a price breakdown for some quality builds.
Mines (50x50 avg size) = 10$/each * 26 = 260$
Spawn 100x100 = 40$
You'd probably want at least 8 donor mines for 8 ranks each another 10$/ea = 80$
Your small crate warp would be probably be integrated into the spawn saving you money.
You probably want a decent warp pvp rather so for something of quality i'd go around 200x200 for say 80$.
Based on the following stuff adding the prices up gives you a grand total of 460$.
Note that with other changes/quality levels the price can go up and or down. I'd say most build teams (my members) would charge probably 500$ for all of the following at a pretty good quality level, if we aren't able to do anything we would notify you before payment would be sent.
