About Me​

I’m a CS student and dev who specializes in the "annoying" side of Minecraft—fixing 5 TPS lag, resolving Arclight mapping conflicts, and building systems that actually scale. 📜 Terms of Service​

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. These exist to ensure smooth development and protect both of our time.

1. Payments & Invoicing
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any code is written or servers are touched. The remaining 50% is due immediately upon completion, after you have tested the project on my private development server.
  • I accept payments via [Insert Payment Methods: e.g., PayPal F&F, Stripe, Crypto].
  • Initiating a chargeback will result in an immediate scam report on BuiltByBit, and any code/setups provided will be blacklisted or revoked.
2. Scope & Feature Creep
  • The price quoted is for the specific features agreed upon in our initial technical brief.
  • Requesting new features or significant changes after development has started will result in additional charges and an extended deadline.
3. Deadlines & Delays
  • Turnaround times are estimates. I prioritize stable, thread-safe code over rushed deliveries. If an unexpected technical hurdle arises (especially common in Arclight environments), you will be notified immediately.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
  • If I am unable to complete the project due to my own real-life constraints or technical limitations, you will receive a 100% refund, including the deposit.
  • If you decide to cancel the project after work has begun, the 50% deposit is forfeited to cover the time spent.
5. Delivery & Support
  • You will receive the compiled .jar files, configuration folders, and full Source Code upon final payment. You own the code for your server.
  • I provide 14 days of free support for any bugs or errors directly related to my code. This does not cover errors caused by you altering the config incorrectly, updating your server version without asking, or adding conflicting plugins later.
6. Ghosting Policy
  • If you disappear or fail to respond to project updates for more than 14 days, the project is considered abandoned. The deposit is forfeit, and resuming work will require a new quote.
