Hello, everybody. I'm quite new here, but hopefully that doesn't discourage anyone from working with us. For the past year or so, my team and I have been working on getting up multiple servers, acquiring domains, etc. We originally had a single mini-game up and running, but the plugin that we had is outdated and inefficient. As of now, we have absolutely no developers and are in need of someone to fill that spot. As part of our team, you would work with us to successfully create mini-games for our multiple servers that we have lined up.

All you developers are probably wondering what the payment will be like for contributing such work. This is something that we would have to discuss personally with you, for there is no distinct set price for every developer; it's determined by you as a developer and the projects that we are requesting.

If you are interested in the position and would like to learn more about the role, pay, etc, please leave a reply on this post or contact me personally. We eagerly look forward to talking to you!

Thanks,
Lavabird

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Are you paying per project, or do you plan to pay when you get "donations"?

We are paying per project. The concept of paying per donations is very pointless in our opinion... It doesn't guarantee payment for the developer, which discourages them greatly, as we've personally experienced.

Vouch, knows what he is doing and how the system works. Would probably be good to work with him. I'm not in the position to do large plugins though, I am gonna be out for term-break in a week.
