Operator/Staff Manager

Hello Everyone,

My name is jef112, I'm offering my services as an Operator/staff manager to you guys.
Now you must be wondering what does this guy offer, and for what price?
Well, price wise I'm FREE!! Yes I know that is weird for a position like that, the reason I am free is that I believe that good quality doesn't always have to be at a high cost.

So let me tell you something about myself.

I am a 25 yo guy who lives in the Netherlands, I love cooking, doing stuff with my kids, watching series/movies, cycling (is a normal thing for me, I live in the Netherlands so yeah) and allot more stuff. I am the kind of guy that loves honesty, so I will be honest and very straight with everyone. And if you are honest with me allot can be done, BUT if you lie then I can be mean and I will enforce rules to the fullest at that point. I am also the kind of guy that believes that everyone is equal, and should be treated as such. With that being said I HATE favoritism, being it from staff or an owner I don't care. And if I feel there is favoritism in a staff team, I will deal with it properly. If it's from the owner's side then ill have to leave. I can't be staff on a server that does that kind of stuff, so that is a bit about me.

Now on to the experience part.

I have run a few small rust servers in the past, with a daily pop of around 30. With me doing that I learned a few things on my own about configs, plugins, and much more like that.

I was a Sr. Mod on VanityMC, and I resigned because I felt there was too much stuff going on and too much favoritism at the time there.
After that, I was an Operator/Staff Manager on Oasis Skies/MysticNetwork.

The things I was busy with on my last job, was basically everything.

• Configuring plugins
• Setting up permissions/ranks
• Managing staff
• Hosting meetings with staff
• keeping track of overall staff information
• Making staff guides and other guides with the other operators/managers
• coming up with plugin ideas/server ideas
• These are just a small list of the things I have done, but of course, I can do a lot more.

One thing I will note is, I DO NOT DO ECO'S. I am awful at that stuff.
Also, I don't know anything about faction stuff, but I can always learn!

I know it is a lengthy story/resume/portfolio, or whatever you want to call it. But I think it sums most of it up.
