Optimized spigot version

Hello!
I'm currently looking for a Custom Optimized spigot version.
The server is intended to be an HCFactions server (1.7-1.8) with 300-350 players.
I have tested paperspigot and the tps are dropped to 13-14 tps with 300 players, that's why I need an optimized version.
If you have one coded, contact me.
If you can code it or make a better spigot version, contact me.

Its not spigots fault, its your plugins. When you have a server of that scale you need all your plugins to run efficiently or it will lag.

I saw in a forum where they said they were using an optmized version...
That's why I made the post, if you can't do it then don't reply please.
You don't even know the money I have.

Hmm it can be true...
I will just wait to see if someone can do this, it is not an urgent thing for me :p
Here's a better solution. Delete all your plugins, hire a real developer on freelance.com or something similar, and spend thousands to have them recode the plugins efficiently. A "custom" spigot is going to give you nothing but the ability to brag that you have a "custom spigot."

Run a warmroast, wait 5-10 minutes and see what plugins lag.
I run a very popular HCF server, and I fixed all my lag that way.
I opened beta and now everything is running perfectly, I can see what causes lag and fix them before SOTW is here.
Run paperspigot, edit spigot.yml, paper.yml, and bukkit.yml and try to shrink the entities and view distance[4].

Then, how does badlion or kohi can handle +500 users?
Kohi had multiple servers hosted off of OVH with 128 GB of ram and badlion (laglion) lags its way along with 500 users.

You said the server drops to 13 tps with a load of 300 players, yet the jar is intended for an upcoming hcfactions server. So you just had 300 players waiting to test your spigot version?

they wouldn't put 128gb to one minecraft server, it's literally useless

Kohi had a playerbase of 1000-2000 players daily. Many were actively pvping under the constant watch of an anticheat. To provide a high end pvp experience under those conditions 128 GB is not a lot.

I'm not saying every server in their network ran at 128 gb, but practice NA definitely did as it had more then 100 players in queue for unranked 24/7 around the clock.

Just having a lot of ram isn't gonna make your servers run lightning fast.
