Why Join Overture?
At Overture; we have professional management, people who know what they are doing. They've done it before - with teams such as Refract, LuxStudios, and Cronos Build Team, so you can rest assured that you don't be concerned that we are a new team.
The management at Overture is transparent. We take 15% of each commission to fund the team, most of it is reinvested in making sure in growing the team through acquisitions, custom site, development and more! This includes the hosting of servers and other behind the scenes essentials to building a successful team.
Projects are split evenly. Each builder is guaranteed their fair share of the commissions underway. You get to work with each other and create while getting paid.
How To Apply? / What Are We Looking For
It is essential that we can provide quality creations on time every time for our clients. It's that simple. To do this we need people who are experienced, have a strong portfolio and are willing to dedicate a chance to be active on the team.
