I own a small new Minecraft server and under the name PixumPVP (play.pixumpvp.com), it's currently Towny-based but we're planning to become a network. We average 20-30 players since we are new but we hope to grow more. Right now I'm looking for people with a range of skills in managing and developing servers. Preferably ex-Owners. I'm not looking for custom plugins and coding. I need people to fix bugs, optimize the server, do LOTS of configuration, and in-game setup. I'm looking for professional work ONLY! I have the money to fund you and any plugins you want to add. Right now I have lots of stuff going on IRL making me busy which is the biggest reason I need someone to be my other right hand! You need to think for yourselves and host events and add new features to the server. I need free thought! If you only do what you're told, don't have many development skills, or work for any other servers currently: please don't waste your time! I basically need someone to do my job with me or for me when I am busy or working! Again in short, I need a freelance leader AND developer (as in developing the server not particularly needing JAVA or any coding skills other than good config experience)
