Hey everyone. I am the owner of an ambitious RPG Survival server called MarsCraft, and I am looking for an advertising manager. I am looking for somebody who can manage our social media, do some "aggressive" advertising, maybe even have your own plan, but overall this person would have to be responsible for keeping the player counts high (40-50 average range). We currently have 10-30 averages all off free advertising and a few discord ads. The role is paid at $20 a month and a 5% commission fee, up front.
Here are the requirements:
Must have had experience at another successful server with you officially credited somewhere or have some form of proof. If you can't meet this requirement, you're not fully disqualified but I won't pay you upfront for the first month.
Must have interest in the project we have going on. The server is unique, and ambitious. We might not high funding for this role but we want somebody who sees this as a team project.
Must understand social media algorithms and have some success running social media accounts.
Must be able to work without a budget. This will change in the future and there is some room for cheap investments into the server, but right now we're looking for somebody who can make something out of nothing.
Must have a plan. I need to see what you will plan to do, and see examples of it working with other servers. Whether that will be running social media, using your SEO talent to help us with our website, I just want to know how everything will go.
