All plugins are compatible with 1.8, so you can use spigot 1.8 and put there plugin ViaVersion..
Server is "based" on one plugin, so if you are developer, you can add anythign anytime..

Things to check on server (plugins):
1. Try to use every item in inventory anc check every GUI you can open
2. command /profile
There are a lot of features, you will have to check it yourself..
If you want me to edit plugins a little bit before buying, i have no problem, just PM me.

I think you wont need it, but i can give it to you gratis.
PS: Im not selling domain or gamehosting, Im selling server files.. Map, settings, plugin folder and so on..
PS': I can give you my Eclipse workspace - There is source code of plugin on which server is "based".. So if you can code MC plugins, you can edit/update/demove anything you want.
